Old Cactus Jack Garner was a real character. We all know what he said about the vice presidency was worth, but it wasn’t his only expression of dissatisfaction about being VP. he also said the vice presidency was “a spare tire on the automobile of government.” This 2 inch celluloid pictures Cactus Jack and has a St. Louis Button back paper. Excellent condition.
