Louis P. Fuhrmann was mayor of Buffalo, N.Y., for two terms from 1910-1917. Fuhrmann was well known for stirring up support for the war effort during World War I. This rare 1 3/4 inch celluloid with accompanying ribbon is from 1912, when Fuhrmann won his second term. It has a “Paid for by Louis Fuhrmann” back paper. Ribbon has a few thin areas, pin excellent.
