This pin is a bit of a mystery for us. We all know which FDR it’s talking about. That would be Franklin Roosevelt. But is that Matthew Neely of West Virginia? Al Gore Sr. of Tennessee? If so, what are they doing on the same pin? We do know it’s a scarce 1 inch celluloid in excellent condition, St. Louis Button back paper.
