Elliott Ness became famous when his “Untouchables” cleaned up Chicago. Ness later went to Cleveland to work his magic there and eventually ran for mayor of the city. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid is from 1947, when Ness ran unsuccessfully for the city’s top spot. Excellent condition.
