No, this is not a William Howard Taft pin. This is an East German "arbeitsfeist" pin from the cold war era. It was made to promote a German arts and fitness festival -- the lettering stands for arbeitsfeist, which roughly translates to work party. It's a 7/8 inch metal pin in excellent condition.
