Bill Clinton’s record as governor of Arkansas propelled him to the White House. Clinton was first elected governor in 1978 at the age of 32, the lost his bid for re-election two years later. He retook the governor’s office in 1982 and kept that job until he moved on to bigger things. This very unusual Clinton campaign item is a large, plastic Clinton for Governor sign with two Clinton stickers attached to front. It has magnets on the back so you could slap it on your car (or your pickup truck!) and show the world you were backing Bill for governor of Arkansas. Excellent condition.
