All collectors know how hard it is to find Chester Arthur items. This tin cigar box is a particularly intriguing Arthur item. It’s a 3 3/4 by 4 1/2 by 1 inch tin box that reads “La Flor de General Arthur” on the top. Side carries the name of distributors Kerbs, Wertheim and Schiffer of New York. Bottom has a Factory 1116, 3rd District, New York sticker. Open it up and there’s a full color picture of Chet inside. Some nicks and scrapes, a little rust on inside.
