William Jennings Bryan and John Kern made up the Democratic ticket in 1908 when Bryan ran for president for the third and final time. This exceptionally colorful jugate is a rare Bryan-Kern piece from that campaign. It has some very faint spots at top center, but has retained its bright colors and still is a real beauty. W.F.
