What do we have here? This is the first time we’ve offered this celluloid jugate, which we believe is a salesman’s sample type of item. Billy could be William Howard Taft – or it could be William Jennings Bryan. Pick your Billy and you’re safe either way with this 7/8 inch celluloid. It has a couple very faint, tiny spots, overall is in excellent condition.
