There was a hot time in Knoxville on Halloween when the 1st West Virginia regiment and 6th Ohio regiment got together. This unusual 1 3/4 inch celluloid with Whitehead and Hoag back paper commemorated the event, which appears to be from the Spanish-American War era. Excellent condition.
