The St. Louis Button Cox-Roosevelt jugate not only is a very rare item, but it also is one of the best-looking of all Cox-Roosevelt jugates. This one also comes with a great story. First, the facts. This is the 7/8 inch version of the pin, still with original St. Louis Button back paper. Exceptional condition. Now for the story: This pin has been in Al Anderson’s collection since the 1960s. He acquired it from an elderly lady in Indiana and liked to tell how he almost crashed numerous times driving back to Ohio. He kept taking the pin out of his pocket and looking at it, which can be quite a distraction when you’re driving a car. This pin is sure to be a treasured item in any collection.
