Theodore Roosevelt and Frank Higgins, who was elected governor of New York, are the candidates on this campaign item. It's a 1 3/4 inch celluloid with National Equipment back paper attached to a very unusual New York Republican Committeeman ribbon. Excellent condition. Higgins served one term and died six weeks after leaving office.
