A rare 2 1/4 inch celluloid from Tampico, Illinois, where Ronald Reagan was born. This 1981 inaugural pin and ribbon has the name Kermit Branson attached to the front. Branson was a Tampico resident and township clerk who wore this pin to the event. Excellent.
