The Congressional Record of March 23, 1961, carries a speech by Rep. Dante Fascell that explains how Paul Rimmeir, president of Seaview Awnings of Miami, started the BIBA (Business is Better Already) with Kennedy program. This rare 2 1/2 inch celluloid helped get the program started. First time we’ve ever offered it in our auction. Excellent condition.
