John "Jack" Gilligan was governor of Ohio from 1971-1975. He was a candidate for the U.S. Senate in 1968 -- he defeated Sen. Frank Lausche in the primary but lost to William Saxbe in the general election. This 3-inch celluloid is from the 1968 race. Excellent condition.
