When young Lyndon Johnson arrived in San Bernadino, California, at the age of 17, he took a job as an elevator operator in the new Platt Building. The job didn’t last long – he soon moved up to clerk in a law office in the same building. This classic 2 1/2 inch celluloid reminds voters of how LBJ got his start in the work world. From the Norm Eavenson collection, excellent condition.
