Bobby Baker was a close associate of Lyndon Johnson’s, and when Baker got in trouble for bribery and tax evasion Republicans made sure the voters didn’t forget. This scarce 3 inch celluloid from 1964 pictures LBJ with Baker, who started his career in Washington as a Senate page and later was called “my strong right arm” by LBJ. Excellent.
