An ingenious 2 3/4 by 4 1/2 inch mechanical card picturing Jefferson Davis. It shows Jeff as a happy guy with the fall of Fort Sumter in 1861; pull the tag at bottom and it shows him as an unhappy guy in 1863. A cool Civil War item in excellent condition.
