An early and rare George McGovern campaign pin. McGovern first ran for Congress in 1956, defeating incumbent Harold Lovre and beat Joe Foss in 1958 before moving on to run for the Senate. This 2 1/4 inch celluloid is from the Al Anderson collection, excellent.
