This 1 1/4 inch celluloid was made as a souvenir of Warren G. Harding’s ill-fated Pacific Coast tour in 1923. Harding never came home – he died in San Francisco Aug. 2, 1923 while on the tour. This scarce 1 1/4 inch celluloid often shows up with stains, but this one, from the Al Anderson collection, is in excellent condition.
