Franklin Roosevelt and Henry Horner fish for votes in Peoria County, Illinois, with this scarce 7/8 inch celluloid. Horner was governor of Illinois from 1933 until his death in October of 1940. He was the first Jewish governor of Illinois and fought a running political war against Chicago Mayor Ed Kelly. Excellent condition.
