Rare Edmund Favor Noel for governor of Mississippi 7/8 inch celluloid. Noel was governor from 1908-1912. Noel was instrumental in the creation of the state’s election laws that excluded African-Americans from being able to vote in state elections. This pin has Whitehead and Hoag back paper, excellent condition.
