A scarce, smaller size Charles Evans Hughes for president pin from 1916. This 7/8 inch celluloid pictures the man who compiled one of the most impressive political resumes in American history: governor of New York, U.S. Secretary of State, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. But he lost that 1916 race by a whisker. This pin from the Al Anderson collection is in excellent condition.
