Add William Jennings Bryan to an ear of corn and what do you get? Prosperity! That’s the idea behind this scarce 1 3/4 inch celluloid pin with attached metal ear of corn. Pin has a few tiny spots near edge at top, Whitehead and Hoag back paper. Well an awful lot of people have looked at it and it has the fifth most watchers. Someone finally put a bid on a pin that we have not offered in the last eleven years and my guess is only once or twice in 46 years. By the Bryan photo likely a 1908 item but the sentiments go back to his agrarian theme of 1896. Just a sensational item. The market will decide but I still believe our guide of $400 is a very reasonable price for this item.
