Albert Todd was known as "The Peppermint King of Kalamazoo and was a Prohibition Party candidate for governor of Michigan in 1894. In 1896 he ran for Congress as the candidate for the Democratic, People's and Prohibition Party. This scarce 1 1/4 inch celluloid is in excellent condition.
