This pin was telling the truth. Admiral George Dewey destroyed the Spanish fleet at the Battle of Manila Bay and reportedly suffered only one fatality among his crew. So “never touched me” is close to being true. This 7/8 inch celluloid is a scarce Spanish-American item picturing Dewey. Excellent condition.
